A cold, rainy start to November...

November 1st - all bluster and rain here in central Indiana.

After attending a Bible study in the morning and getting chilled in the cold rain, I was happy to come home and warm up by working on my Spicier Life blanket and watching a podcast.

If you haven't discovered Jenn at Jenn's Crafty World, I highly recommend her podcasts.  She cross stitches and crochets beautiful projects and is a pleasure to watch.  Hi Jenn!  😄

  3. Is that your DVD collection? Smart to watch a podcast on the telly rather than on the computer. I should try that; then I can knit comfortably on the couch.

    1. Thank you for your recent visits. Picking out fabric is like shopping for yarn! Woo hoo! Love your pics of fall leaves scattered about. I'm waiting for our daytime temps to cool down; we had a slight warm up to high 70's and low 80's this week.

    2. Yes, Stef, that's our DVD collection (and there are three shelves that don't show). I'm a bit embarrassed about how large it is, truthfully, and we've even recently culled out a bunch. I was kind of hoping no one would notice. lol

    1. I don't often watch podcasts on my TV, but when I decided to on Thursday it seemed a great idea to take a picture of yours. :) I really do love your podcasts, Jenn.

  5. It's been dull and rainy here too - depressing actually. I wouldn't mind the rain and cool temps so much if there could only be a few sunny days to break it up a little.
